Membuat laporan dari hasil personal session.

Memastikan intern mengikuti Weekly Meeting HR Visit.

Membuat dan mengirim report Performance Appraisal.

Mampu mengoperasikan Google Workspace dan Microsoft Office.

Have at least 3 years of work experience in the same field

Experience working in a company with total employees min. 1000 and have several branches will be a plus

Have good communication skills and easy to adapt in a new environment

To analyze, control and update the manpower requirements (MPP) of branches and head office.

Analyze, control and update job descriptions, job qualifications and organizational structure

Bachelor degree from any majors, preferable from Psychology or Human Resource

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or any related field.

Min. 6-7 years of experience in new business initiative and having extensive networking in digital ecosystems.

Strong experiences in market research, feasibility studies, and risk analysis.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and strategies clearly and effectively.

Excellent client stakeholder communication skills, structural thinking, strong data analytical and results-oriented mindset.
