Organizational Development Specialist Jobs

1. To analyze, control and update the manpower requirements (MPP) of branches and head office.
2. Analyze, control and update job descriptions, job qualifications and organizational structure
3. Analyze position evaluation for each position in accordance with applicable regulations
4. Analyze employee KPI achievement through performance dashboard/system
5. Evaluate the effectiveness of the KPI scheme so as to measure employee performance effectively

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree from any majors, preferable from Psychology or Human Resource
• Have a good understanding of productivity analysis, job analyst, business process, structure organization and work load analyst
• Have good communication skills and easy to adapt in a new environment
• Experience working in a company with total employees min. 1000 and have several branches will be a plus
• Have at least 3 years of work experience in the same field
• Expertly mastering the use of Ms. Office, especially the use of Excel
• Have good analytical skills
