Preparing weekly and monthly reports on social media for internal business reviews

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field

Having minimum 5 years of working experiences as merchant partnership/acquisition in FMCG, commerce or similiar industries

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Make a strategy to get new potential partners

Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant partnership/acquisition

Build and develop communication with merchant

Searching for potential locations for market development

Strong business acumen with proven track record in stakeholder management

Assisting Sales Marketing Merchant Engagement in managing milestones, timeline, as well the stakeholders engagement related to the managed projects

Develop and updating Key Insights and Analysis related to Unmanaged merchants performances

Experienced in managing large business partner such as distributor or outsourcing vendor

Have experience in basic data analytics (query/ SQL)

Maintain relationship with BPO vendor and regularly evaluate their productivity

Manage store relations and sell in and sell out of the selected brands.

Proactive and field sales experience.

Branding activities in the respected city of operations.

Offline activities to be conducted to increase awareness of the brands

Domicile or willing to relocate to Manado.

Achieving sales targets set by Management.

Bachelor degree in business management/administration, marketing or related field

Assisting in the onboarding of merchant and relationship from qualification to post sales set up to maintain service level agreement (SLA)

Experience as Sales leader min 1 year

Have knowledge in banking, EDC & QRIS

Have good communication and negotiation skills

Excellent team management and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective interaction with people at all organizational levels

Strong Team management skills and competencies.

Work closely with the Business Head to manage Key Clients and ensure world-class service experience

Engage closely with the account management/delivery/implementation training team to help determine the best technical implementation methods and reasonable execution schedules.

Ability to collaborate and work effectively with other teams – Account Management,

Delivery, Product Management, Analytics, etc.

Bachelor degree in communication, business, management or related majors

Gain solid knowledge of competitors

Minimum 3 years experience in the same role

Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them

Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively

Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team

Skillset: Experienced at communication management for merchant (customers)

Having some experienced at vendor management

Core responsibility: Handling communication especially merchant relationship management & merchant management

Work cross-functionally with our internal teams to make sure merchants have the best possible experiences.

Able to coordinate, monitor, enroll and schedule merchant needs for training or education
