The Opportunity
Are you a dynamic and strategic thinker with a passion for building meaningful connections? Monash University Indonesia is seeking an
Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and executing engagement strategies that foster strong relationships with government bodies and public sector institutions. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison point between our university and internal/external client groups, ensuring alignment with Monash University's mission in Indonesia.
As the Engagement Manager, you will actively contribute to our University's strategic planning by researching sector-specific trends and integrating funding strategies for growth areas. Your ability to initiate, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships will be crucial in driving collaborative projects and initiatives. You will also uphold our brand voice and image in all engagement activities, providing expert advice to stakeholders and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About You
As the successful applicant, you will have a proven track record in coordinating successful engagement activities and expertise in effectively managing client relationships, including with government bodies and public institutions.
You will have experience in delivering excellence in engagement activities, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to analyse and recommend solutions to complex issues.
