About The Product Manager (Endoscopy) Role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to ensure a unified approach in nurturing relationships and meeting client needs

Maintain a clear and organised pipeline of potential opportunities, leads, and ongoing deals

Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behaviour and industry trends

Have min. 5-8 years experience in Sales/Marketing/Service especially in mining and C&F industry

Have a strong background in heavy equipment business & mining application (for Manager Product - Mining)

Accountable for communication and interacting with CAT for new and update products, develop special/focus program to boost sales.

Accountable for defining right product or develop solution, services and bundles value proposition for customer.

Accountable for managing product NPI with prioritized features and corresponding justification through market and customer research, product positioning and messaging.

Able to communicate actively with Caterpillar

Good understanding of product management / development, preferably in the internet space

Translate product strategy into product plan, detailed requirements and prototypes.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience (multinational tech, consultant, or energy firm is preferred).

Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and intuition of technical behavior as well as customer needs.

Solid oral and written communication skills.

Work closely with engineering, revenue, account, operations and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements.

- Integrate qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and market insights into product requirements, roadmaps, and strategies

- Form a strategy to reduce our cost of acquisition through new product, channels, features, and experiences

- 1-3 years of relevant working experience

- Preferably experienced with Scrum

- Able to design presentation deck based on requirements (coordinate with design team)

3. 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.

10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with remote teams.

8. Familiarity with product management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

4. Prioritize and manage product backlogs, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of product milestones.

Previous experience as a Product Manager in a technology or startup company

Proficiency in modern software development product management practices, including agile methodologies, test-driven development, and continuous deployment.

Mastery of Lean and Agile methodologies, as well as Design Sprint, for effective product development and project management.

Translate business and stakeholders' needs into clear product development requirements.

Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) outlining short, medium, and long-term product goals.

Manage the entire product lifecycle.

Proven track record of managing and optimizing SMS systems, with a demonstrated ability to reduce costs and improve customer experience.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
