• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in sales, with a focus on large enterprise accounts
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals
• Experience in the professional services industry, particularly outsourcing workforce solutions
