Job Scope:
● Responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions for Indonesia especially in areas relating to
staffing, recruitment, employee relations, training, and development.
● End-to-end and recruitment support including salary research, sourcing, arranging interviews,
salary proposals, onboarding/orientation, and exit process. (for Indonesia based or other
Remote positions as assigned)
● Handles internal employees' queries on various HR-related topics such as complaints, leaves,
compensation, and any issues that may arise.
● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
● Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies, update the company
handbook, employee files, operations, disciplinary issues, and other processes as necessary.
● Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
● Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits,
organizing team building/engagement activities, and supporting employer branding
activities.
● Assist in the preparation of KPI reports, gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics to
provide HR reports and various HR surveys, and compilation of statistics.
● Provide administrative support
● Maintain up-to-date employee personnel files and records in Google Drive.
● Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have (Qualifications):
● 2-3 years of experience as a Generalist
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
● Excellent communication skills in Bahasa & English
● Ms Office/G proficiency : Powerpoint, Excel & Ms Word
● People-oriented with good working knowledge of HR functions, labor legislation, and HR
administration
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Strong attention to detail
● Good with data analysis and management & able to make data-driven decisions
