Technical Sales Representative Jobs

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team and help us grow our business in automation and IIoT. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, creating automation and IIoT solutions for our client, and driving sales of our automation and IIoT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and technical requirements, and recommend automation and IIoT solutions that meet those needs.
• Provide technical training and support to customers, both during the sales process and after the sale.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through regular communication, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through market research, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions and proposals for customers, including automation systems, software, hardware, and IIoT platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in automation and IIoT.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 1-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation and IIoT. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts related to automation and IIoT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with automation and IIoT products and solutions, including Siemens, Ignition, Honeywell, and Aveva
• Bachelor's degree (D4/S1) in engineering or related field (Preferable from this Field of Study: Engineering Physics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Informatics, Information Systems)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in English language, both in speaking, listening, and writing
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally
