Job Description

Qualifications:

  1. Education and Experience:
  • Experience in managing a large healthcare organization with multiple departments and services is preferred.
  • Active STR's possessions of Medical Doctor
  • At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a preference for experience in hospital management.
  • Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare system, regulations, and policies is essential.
  • A minimum of a master's degree in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required.
  1. Leadership Skills:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change, implement new initiatives, and drive organizational performance improvement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with staff, patients, stakeholders, and the community.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting collaboration.
  1. Knowledge and Expertise:
  • Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, including financial management, quality improvement, and patient safety.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of healthcare technology and its applications to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in hospital administration practices, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Familiarity with healthcare accreditation standards and processes.
  1. Ethical Standards:
  • Adherence to professional codes of conduct and a commitment to promoting patient-centered care.
  • Strong commitment to upholding ethical standards, confidentiality, and patient rights.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Management:
  • Develop and implement the hospital's strategic plan in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and expansion of services.
  • Provide leadership in setting and achieving organizational goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the hospital's performance, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and take necessary actions to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Ensure effective resource allocation, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Oversee the hospital's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  1. Operational Oversight:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of various hospital departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.
  • Foster a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Implement policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
  1. Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Represent the hospital at local, regional, and national forums to advocate for healthcare issues.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers and organizations to enhance patient care and develop partnerships.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, medical professionals, community leaders, and government agencies.
  1. Staff Development and Engagement:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members, fostering a culture of teamwork, professional growth, and employee satisfaction.
  • Promote effective communication channels and ensure the dissemination of relevant information to staff.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a competent and motivated workforce.
  1. Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, best practices, and emerging issues.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including licensing, accreditation, and healthcare standards.
