Manage credit recovery, farmer support, and end-of-cycle processes.

To be the next Area Sales Manager, you should have:

Supervise Field Coordinators to activate Micro Collectors (MC).

Ratify credit approval exception decisions.

Train Micro Collectors on platform features and quality assessment.

Identify barriers for MDR-TB case management and working with staff and stakeholders to address barriers and ensure project objectives are met.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of NTP approved TB policies and guidelines and ensure the project follows best practices.

Minimum 5 years of experience, including prior experience TB and MDR TB

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and attention to detail.

Oversee the regional coordination of, and provision of technical assistance and capacity building in MDR TB at hospitals and health centers.

Liaise with provincial health, district health and other partners for coordinated program in the province.

MD plus certificate and having internal medicine specialty is an advantage. Previous experience in TB patient and/or program management.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of NTP approved TB policies and guidelines and ensure the project follows best practices.

Minimum 4 years of experience, including prior experience TB and MDR TB.

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and attention to detail.

Closely work with the provincial and district mentors/supervisors in implementing the standards set by the NTP.

Liaise with provincial, district health offices and other partners to harmonize all activities and resources in the province.

At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a preference for experience in hospital management.

A minimum of a master's degree in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required.

Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, including financial management, quality improvement, and patient safety.

Proficiency in hospital administration practices, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure patient and staff safety.

Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare system, regulations, and policies is essential.

Extensive knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management, including organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting.

At least 15 years of experience in a hospital administration position, with the last 5 in a senior leadership role

Thorough knowledge of program planning, development, and evaluation methods

Minimum 7 years of experience as Director of Nursing or Group Nursing Manager

Develop training and education program for nurses, to ensure compliance with credential standards

Monitoring accounting, finances and expenses of nursing division in Hospital Units

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
