Hospital Director Jobs

In this role, you will partner with internal and external teams to strengthen the company's brand position in the market, and the execution process of marketing plans to reach vital customer segments.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with CEO and the management to create business plans and marketing packets to achieve sales targets

Create and maintain strong agency partnerships to deliver excellent support to the business

Manage insurance, key corporate accounts, BPJS and private sector

Lead team marketing and digital marketing promotions to meet sales targets

Develop materials for hospital accreditation needs

Organise medical events and public events to help grow the public patient segment

Establish and maintain relationships with doctors

Key Requirements

Medical Doctor background

Min 5 years’ experience in hospital marketing, including digital marketing or Medical Services

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Proactive, driven and results-oriented

Detail-oriented and organised

Prior experience in marketing is mandatory

Multiple industry experience is an advantage

Strong resilience to thrive in a high-performing culture
