Proved min. 2 years of experience in Marketing

Coordinate and implement sales & marketing programs to enlarge business segment.

Strengthen brand awareness in society, align with marketing programs.

Work closely with related departments to develop new packages / services that is in line with the trend.

Build long-term partnerships with various stakeholders to develop the hospital business.

Build cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, services, and industry trend to develop focused communications programs.

At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a preference for experience in hospital management.

A minimum of a master's degree in hospital administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required.

Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations, including financial management, quality improvement, and patient safety.

Proficiency in hospital administration practices, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management.

Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure patient and staff safety.

Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare system, regulations, and policies is essential.

Conduct initial history and education regarding the IVF program for new patients.

Providing Counseling and Education Program Classes to patients who will do the IVF program.

Job Desc Staff Nurse Marketing :

Follow up data on patients who have failed IUI and IVF from the Analyst Department.

Follow up patients who participate in marketing activities to become IVF patients.

Follow up on patients who have done insemination twice, to continue.

Extensive knowledge of the principles and techniques of administrative management, including organization, planning, staffing, training, budgeting, and reporting.

At least 15 years of experience in a hospital administration position, with the last 5 in a senior leadership role

Thorough knowledge of program planning, development, and evaluation methods

Meets with representatives from training institutions to discuss current programs and/or inaugurates new programs

Bachelors degree in relevant field required, Master's degree in hospital administration, health, business, or public health preferred.

Build & manage the relationship with medical stakeholders: hospital, doctors, nurses, foundations & community

Experience working in Hospital considered

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, well organized

Helping patients to create a fundraising campaign with Kita Bisa & coordinate with the hospital on funds allocation

Explore new ideas/partnerships to spread awareness about Kita Bisa to patient

Social Worker Graduate is a plus

Multiple industry experience is an advantage
