Sales And Marketing Representative

Alpha Agro Indonesia – Bali branch, a restaurant and premium meat shop, and our sister company,

Kawisari Coffee – Bali branch, one of the largest premium coffee plantations in Indonesia, both located in Canggu.

Task:

To do daily sales calls to hotels, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets & retail shops, and increase sales of premium beef, coffee, honey & other organic products of our plantation to B2B partners and direct customers.

Requirements :

·Candidates must living or willing to be based in Bali full time

·Candidates must have Horeca food & beverage product sales experience

·Minimum 3 year-experience product retails sales.

·Possesses a network of hotels, cafes & restaurants / hospitality operators, supermarket and decision makers.

·Highly result driven, fast-paced and highly proactive in seeking new clients and following up after deals.

·Skilled in conducting local market research to identify and evaluate new business prospects and establish contact with the potential leads.

·Highly passionate about organic products/farm to table products, as well as premium food and beverage products.

·Creative & able to work with the team to create new packaging, new products to optimize sales.

·Highly organized, math savvy and able to work with a system in following up with customers from quotation to final payment.

·Highly communicative and excel in reporting.

·Maintain quality customer service by providing support, information and guidance.

·Disciplined and responsible for all sales activities.

·Proactive in also checking the product quality at the shop and maintain the stock for production.

·Ability to drive a car a plus

·Fluent in English and Bahasa.
