Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate and manage CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering/ Engineering Simulation Solutions) sales in industries, R&D, and GOV sectors
  2. Undertaking or assisting the team in undertaking sales and marketing-related activities including lead generation, account management, sales, support and marketing.
  3. Initiate and drive sales initiatives in line with the business goals.
  4. Establish potential new clients, determine their Engineering/ Business Solution needs & convert these opportunities into sales.
  5. Maintain close relationships with existing key accounts to ensure continuing contracts/services.


Minimum Requirements:

  1. A recognized Degree in Engineering.
  2. At least two one (1) year of relevant industrial experience.
  3. Understanding of and ability to apply CAE analyses & solutions in solving industrial problems will be preferred.
  4. Experience with CAE analyses and solutions such as ANSYS, SolidWorks, Catia, Abaqus, or MATLAB will be advantageous.
  5. A good knowledge of Product Design, Manufacturing Processes, FMEA, DOE Optimization, Root-Cause Analysis, Six Sigma or TRIZ methodologies will be advantageous.
  6. Possess good command of English.
  7. Ability to build relationships with prospective customers using various prospecting techniques as well as maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
  8. Knowledge and experience in one or more industry sectors below:
