Job Description

Hi everyone!

Atlas Beach Fest is founded by PT. Kreasi Bali Prima, we provide the experience of a unique atmosphere – beach club, culinary ground, lounges, and nightclub – professionally concepted. We are looking for a great person to fill this vacant position as a Talent Acquisition & Training Lead.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment and training, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment and training programs
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and training
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
