HAKKA Indonesia is an MCN or Agency specialized in E-Commerce and creative industry. We manage KOL in house and also working in expanding TSP Brand. We are official partner of TikTok. So, we are strictly working in TikTok Platform

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a talent database to ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles
• Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirement based on the supply / demand certain position, whether to pursue through databank search, advertisement, from external source
• Doing end to end recruitment
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to talent management
• Create and execute employee development and training programs

Qualifications

• At least 2 years work of experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with talent management processes
• Education: Bachelor Degree in any field
• Located based in Bandung or willing relocates
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Excellent writing, oral presentation and communication skill in English
• Understand TikTok marketplace
