Job Description

Job Purposed

Melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran untuk produk pinjaman,simpanan dan jasa Bank kepada calon nasabah baru dan mengelola nasabah existing sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.


Responsibilities

  1. Melaksanakan kegiatan pemasaran dengan melakukan penetrasi pasar dan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan nasabah dalam menawarkan produk pinjaman dari 5 hingga 10 miliar, simpanan dan fee based income yang tepat dengan menerapkan prinsip KYC/APU PPT yang berlaku
  2. Menyiapkan data nasabah dan analisa profil nasabah terkait dengan proses kredit agar berjalan sesuai ketentuan.
  3. Mengelola account nasabah kredit dan memastikan kualitas kredit sesuai ketentuan standard yang telah ditetapkan
  4. Memberikan pelayanan kepada nasabah sesuai standar service yang berlaku
  5. Menerima dan menindaklanjuti pengaduan nasabah pada unit/branch sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku


General Qualification

  • Pengalaman di industri perbankan (RM Lending) (min 3 tahun)
  • Minimum pendidikan S1, IPK 2.75
  • Memahami prosedur dan ketentuan bank terkait kredit (min 1 tahun)
  • Menguasai produk dan proses perbankan
  • Pengalaman di industri perbankan (RO Lending) (min 1 tahun)
