Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

o Is responsible of all production (APUs including methods, maintenance and quality)

o Ensure respect of all working standards (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product) during the operations

o Ensure that the production schedule planned by the SC&L is respected

o Ensure achievement of QCD objectives and is accountable of QCD results

o Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP)

o Ensure maintenance of equipment

o Drive continuous improvement with the support of the SC&L/VPS cluster of his region

o Practice regular OJT on QRQC, Kosu, etc.

o Promote the Valeo 5 axes in the daily activities of the Plant

Qualifications:


  • Familiar with automotive industry, especially tier 1 supplier
  • Bachelor's or a Master degree in Engineering
  • Experience as Production Manager or Automotive Engineering Manager
  • Good English communication skills
  • Possess plastic injection skills in automotive manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and engineering background
