We are dedicated to creating exceptional content to empower individuals with valuable knowledge and skills for their professional growth. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to lead our team and contribute to the growth of our company.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about education and making a positive impact on people's lives through our YouTube channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background or interest in business and entrepreneurship, and experience managing a team of people. You’ll also help with the content creation process and play an integral role in the success of the company. This role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring the smooth running of our fast-growing company behind the scenes. You’ll learn a great deal of new skills in this role, and get to work 1-on-1 directly with one of the largest business YouTubers in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our team of video editors, writers, and assistants
• Helping create outlines for our educational courses
• Review video drafts and make revision comments for our editors
• Create Google Slide presentations
• Proofreading and using various tools to ensure quality control
• Research various business and entrepreneurship topics
• Hiring for new positions
• Run the entire behind-the-scenes of a fast growing company

Requirements:

• Highly motivated and competitive
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Interest in the business and finance niche
• Able to work 4AM-1PM M-F (local time)
• Extremely fluent in English
• Experienced in creating presentation slides using Google Slides
• Advanced English writer
• Avid YouTube watcher
• Proven quality work experience as a project manager
