Project Manager Jobs

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction

- Planning and coordinating project schedules, resources, and budgets with cross-functional teams including creative, account management, and production teams

- Ensuring that project objectives, deliverables, and timelines are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders

- Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating project risks, and troubleshooting issues as they arise

- Conducting regular project status meetings, providing updates to clients, and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

- Coordinating with external vendors and third-party partners to ensure their work is aligned with project objectives and timelines

- Collaborating with the internal team to identify process improvements and implement best practices

- Maintaining project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and project-related correspondence

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in a creative or advertising agency

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and external vendors

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work under pressure

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks

- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

- Proficient in project management software, such as Clickup, Asana, Trello, Monday, or else

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field
