Site Development Manager Jobs

About the Role

As a Site Development Manager, you are responsible to facilitate the development of concepts by the owner into the company's business plan and preparing an annual time frame for new business development (new business opportunities) to generate revenue for the company.

What you will be doing?

1. Ensure the availability of long-term plans related to new business opportunities in finding the right location, providing timeframes and budget estimates for store development every year, so as to generate revenue for the company.
2. Ensure feasibility study activities (potential site, market analysis, geography, competitors, consumer behavior, etc.) all projects run in accordance with applicable company procedures, as well as recommend company benefits that can be obtained in order to achieve the company's vision, mission and strategy.
3. Facilitate the achievement of cooperation or negotiations with relevant departments both internally and externally (projects, store designs, contractors, suppliers, regional agencies, building managers, etc.) and ensure that all parties involved in the development of new businesses can run effectively and smoothly according to procedures, budgets and applicable regulations.
4. Implement HSE in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.
5. Fostering and ensuring that the entire team including third parties have understood and complied with all applicable work safety provisions.

What do we look for?

• Solid understanding of Retail business & Network Planning experience will be a high exposure point.
• 5 years in retail industry, at least 3 years in managerial level.
• Can interact effectively at all levels of management
• Financial literacy, comfortable working with Microsoft Excel to develop a fair and reasonable feasibility study.
• Someone who is performance driven to get the team to focus on adding value, leading and managing change.
• Bachelor/ Master degree in any major.
• Proactive communicator (both verbal and written), strong in relationship building, ability to build effective and sustainable network.
