Senior Procurement Manager Jobs

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate the specification and pricing of material.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate with vendors to ensure added value and highest cost saving for the company.
• Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Ensure the timely delivery of quality material at the lowest possible cost.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Managing supplier’s invoices.
• Evaluating, screening & review vendor registration, ensure that vendors can meet legal requirements & other documents according to standards and scope of work to be provided.
• Participating in the selection of suppliers basend on criteria.
• Negotiating for the best price, the best term of payment and evaluating price quotation.
• Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing suppliers.
• Conducted the tender to find the best price, quality and vendor capability starting from RFQ up to vendor awarding.
• Monitoring and evaluating all process purchasing department.
• Clarify User's needs and perform procurement process to deliver the best performing vendor through detailed technical & price evaluation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills.
• Fluent in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa).
• Strong in interpersonal, analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
• High-enegry individual with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience with 5 years working experience in retail industry.
• Self-starter, problem solving, and attention to details.
• Excellent in numbers and computer skills (especially Microsoft Office Excel)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field.
• Proven track record in execution excellence and delivering result. Able to lead and manage change inisiative.
• Have to ability to work hands-on, be flexible, open minded and customer service oriented.
• Experience in SAP system is a must.
