Team and Role Introduction:
We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial candidate to drive the establishment and overall growth of Lazada’s Service Marketplace eco-system across Southeast Asia. The candidate is expected to develop policies, plans, criterions, onboard and incubate new agencies to the eco-system with the objective of driving marketplace seller’s business growth. It is expected to that this candidate work closely with the countries counterpart, across various departments, across Product, Seller Operations, Customer Care and Tech team to execute the long terms strategy of the Service Marketplace. It is expected that the candidate has strong business acumen, organised and the ability to manage the agencies relationship and various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
-Source, Onboard, and Engage Key Lazada Partner Agencies with best in class regional Documentation and SOP
-Development of joint business and commercial plan between key Agencies and Lazada
-Set operational targets and enable Performance Tracking of Agencies across SEA – Monthly business reviews of review of key initiatives
-Develop and Execute Certified Lazada Marketplace Qualification for Agencies
-Deepen the program to align to Lazada focus areas
-Relationship Development with Agencies
-Map sellers to the Lazada certified Agencies in function of relevance in terms of category and services needed
-Develop Training Courses for Lazada Certified Marketplace Partners and collaborate with local agencies to localise
-Report to Regional Head of Seller Engagement and Marketing based in Singapore
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
-A Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate in Business Studies
-Experienced in e-commerce enablers and/or agencies development
-Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
-Knowledge in applying business requirements and build training programs to skill the agencies with the know-how
-Able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively (Project management skills)
-Ability to think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions
-Strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact, share ideas while working with individuals from other departments/countries
-Take an entrepreneurial approach to the role, working collaboratively with other teams to support key initiatives and get things done in a fast-moving environment.
-Resourceful and able to analyse and solve problem independently
-Data driven with strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze data
-Willingness to travel as needed
