Job Description
Seller Relationship Management
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining close working relationship with consignment and marketplace sellers to gain higher revenue
  • Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to optimize the visibility and credibility of sellers
  • Oversee key accounts seller, including negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth
  • [offline sales] Analyze sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction and revenue performance
  • [offline sales] Construct high-level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth by identifying market gaps and opportunities for all segments of sellers
  • [offline sales] Develop ideas and proposals to sellers to secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns and/or identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. This includes discussing promo plans, current and future campaigns, bridging between the marketing team and the merchant partner
Seller Customer Service
  • Responsible to oversee in troubleshooting seller-related problems and provide actionable proactive solutions to potential issues with speed and efficiency
  • Actively share new features on Tinkerlust to sellers. Ensure seller understanding and implementing new features in order
  • Oversee in troubleshooting seller-related problems and providing actionable proactive solutions to potential issues with speed and efficiency
  • Analyze & provide development solution for quality management issue on floor
  • Manage outward communication to sellers to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
Training & Reporting
  • Facilitating Customer Engagement team with comprehensive map of customer journeys, supported by systems/ platforms, performance reports, customer insights, quality assurance, as well as budget utilization
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports on account status. This includes evaluate, forecast and track key account metrics
  • Provide in-depth insight on seller sentiment and concerns to other Team Leaders in order to execute overall category strategies in line with the company goals
Minimum Qualifications
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in driving the success of business growth with a proof in achieving customer retention and satisfaction
  • Have excellent communication with strong stakeholder management skills and willingness to interact, share ideas while working with individuals from other departments
  • Have demonstrated strong problem solving skills to think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions.
  • Have demonstrated project management skills
  • Able to quickly adapt and possess willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management or any relevant study
  • Work from office : Must be flexible to conduct seller visits and calls in different locations or communication channels
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in customer engagement / relationship management, or other similar role in fashion and/or e-commerce industry is highly preferred
