Minimal lulusan S1 Komunikasi/Public Relation/Marcomm/Hubungan Internasional

Berpengalaman sebagai Public Relations/External Communications atau posisi yang sama.

Berpengalaman dalam kegiatan CSR diutamakan.

Having experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agency, Branding Team and Creative Agency would be an advantage

Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting overall consumer engagement activities done through different channels in assigned areas, e.g. Media, LAMP/HOP, Event, Community

Analyzing marketing issues/opportunities in assigned areas, including segmenting, consumer profiling, etc.

·Finance: penambahan/pengurangan agent, update PO, etc

1.Assist kebutuhan client terutama request yang berkaitan dengan tim IT (develop system, system down, UAT, etc)

2.Assist kebutuhan client sesuai kebutuhan yang berhubungan dengan divisi lain

·Maintenance: penambahan WS, perluasan ruangan, pembuatan ruangan, etc

·Ops: SLA (tapi ini akan masuk ke ranah IT)

·Purchasing: pembelian barang untuk client

Ensure compliance to firm’s policy and risk management procedures

Ensure proactive coordination, timely communication and efficient engagement management

Good project management and coordination with multiple stakeholders

Good word-processing and computer skills

Good interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills

Upon the completion of project, assist in engagement closure

Good analytical thinking, good priority setting and communication skills

Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline with minimum GPA 2.75

Maintain good relationships and collaborations with internal and external parties to achieve operational and business goals.

Provide valuable holistic support to all local Operations to maximize profitability, efficiency, and productivity

Proactively anticipate and respond to all members’ and guests’ needs or queries
