About The Sales Manager (Telco Hardware) Role

You will co-develop the company's sales strategy along with regional and HQ management team, by leveraging the personal experience, know-how and intelligence about the ICT market.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales consultation on qualified the Company's interconnect business opportunities related to the positioning of our leading RF, Power, Fiber Optic and Data connectivity technology together with complete Site Solution for 4G/5G mobile network, data centre infrastructures, etc.
• Articulate the value of the company's technology, products and service by working together with other team for the best customer satisfactions
• Plan, execute and achieve the targeted revenue results for the responsible territory
• Engage with appropriate internal and external resources including R&D, product management, FAE technical support, customer service, logistics team from the Company, together alliance partners, system integrators as well as end customers to help drive opportunities from inception through successful implementation

To succeed in this role, you must have wide network and relation with various telco provider companies, ICT company, global OEM and distributors/SI.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of five years’ sales or customer management experience in ICT-related industries
• B.E./B. Tech in Electronics, Communication, Mechanical or other subjects, and Master degree is preferred
• Basic knowledge of interconnect products of RF, power, fibre optic, data and network solutions
• Self-motivated and proactive working style
• Teamwork spirit and strong coordination capability
• Business experience with global OEMs, Mobile communication service providers, distributors and/or system integrators is preferred
• Good communication skills in English language
• Good written and presentation skills
