Junior Hardware Engineer Jobs

Advanced diploma, degree, or relevant qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience)

Having strong motivation, self starter, and willing to take up responsibilities

Ensure that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested, and operational

Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts

Assist in analyzing, assigning, and escalating support calls

Investigate third line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems

Minimum of five years’ sales or customer management experience in ICT-related industries

Business experience with global OEMs, Mobile communication service providers, distributors and/or system integrators is preferred

Basic knowledge of interconnect products of RF, power, fibre optic, data and network solutions

Good communication skills in English language

Good written and presentation skills

About The Sales Manager (Telco Hardware) Role

• Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management and Purchase

• Communicate product related issues to Product Management team

Developing of product related sales and marketing strategies

• Plan, Sales Budget, purchasing budget and operation cost budget for monthly and yearly

• Negotiate and contract sales volume, payment terms, sales policy with customers

• Establish pull-through relationships with contractors, applicators, consultant or architects to promote the brand

Designing the JALA IoT devices, incl. mainboard, communication system, power management that reliable enough to work in a harsh environment.

Experienced in hardware/embedded programming like C/C++

Experienced in using electronics test tools and components

Having experience in design analog circuit, digital circuit, and mixed signal

Having experience in microcontroller (ARM, Cortex, Atmel)

Having experience working in electronics/hardware projects

·Experience in C, C++, C#, Embedded C programming language.

·Experience in RS232, RS485, TCP/IP, I2C, SPI Communication Protocol.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in hardware design and development, with a focus on IoT systems or related technologies.

Strong technical knowledge of sensors, racking systems, communication modules, and solar controllers.

Experience with hardware testing and debugging techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
