We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Hardware Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our IoT monitoring system. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on groundbreaking technology that will have a meaningful impact on rural water access and management.

:

• Develop and maintain documentation related to hardware design, specifications, and test results.
• Optimize hardware designs for reliability, durability, and cost-effectiveness, considering the unique challenges of the target communities and environments
• Collaborate with the Product Research Specialist and other cross-functional team members to ensure seamless integration of hardware components with software systems
• Design, develop, and test hardware components for the IoT monitoring systems, including sensors, racking, communication modules, and solar controllers

Requirements:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with hardware testing and debugging techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical knowledge of sensors, racking systems, communication modules, and solar controllers.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in hardware design and development, with a focus on IoT systems or related technologies.
• Passion for social impact
