• Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management and Purchase

• Communicate product related issues to Product Management team

Developing of product related sales and marketing strategies

• Plan, Sales Budget, purchasing budget and operation cost budget for monthly and yearly

• Negotiate and contract sales volume, payment terms, sales policy with customers

• Establish pull-through relationships with contractors, applicators, consultant or architects to promote the brand

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in hardware design and development, with a focus on IoT systems or related technologies.

Strong technical knowledge of sensors, racking systems, communication modules, and solar controllers.

Experience with hardware testing and debugging techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
