Branch Leader (Computer Hardware - Jakarta)

This position will be helping our Client in an IT Hardware Distributor company. They Provide high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative solutions in AIDC technology and Visibility Solutions. You will lead a team of Sales at the Jakarta Branch.

Responsibilities

• Provide updated reports regarding market conditions and business plans to be carried out at the branch level.
• Analyzing and making reports related to sales and analysis of the progress of all activities that have been carried out.
• Build teamwork with employees and review sales member performance on a weekly basis
• Provide coaching to support personal development and employee motivation to increase sales value at the branch.
• Develop business plans and carry out branch development.
• Handle and improve customer satisfaction at the branch.

Requirements:

• Good at using Microsoft (Excel and Presentation).
• Must have good analytical, writing, and execution skills.
• Good presenter and have good networking skills. Interest in building relationships especially with customers and employees.
• Must have good initiative and willingness to continue learning.
• Good in communication, especially in English. Mandarin or foreign languages are welcome.
• Willing to cooperate and motivate employees.
• Able to drive/have their own vehicle
• Experience as Sales/Marketing/Product Supervisor or branch Supervisor/Manager or similar role
• IT sales experience
• IT educational background
