Currently we are looking for Branch Admin - Medan Area

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make ED (Energizer day) Report every day and send it to the Leader (ABM, RBM)
2. Make Production report every month and send it to Leader and Admin Channel
3. Receive and check POS documents and customer claims and follow-up
4. Support BFT Training and help deploy Ipad for new BLC
5. Assisting the BLC exit process and sending BLC exit documents to the SRM Agent and returning the Ipad and its accessories to SRM logistics
6. Inform the return/hold policy received at BSO to the sales team (BLC and Leader) via email. For those in the city it will be taken by BLC, while outside the city it will be sent to the branch
7. Prepare monthly petty cash reports and send them to finance
8. Help follow up AAJI/AASI licenses that are about to expire by sending emails to BLC and Leaders
9. Help Handling customer complaints and send complaint forms to the Head Office and follow up complaint status
10. Help reminder follow-up e-consent form welcome call
11. Help distribute Health Care cards to BLC and ABM

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• Able to work independently or in a team and be able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical skill
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in insurance company
