- Construct basic customer rollout plans to ensure the customer and field team clearly understand the expectation
- Build and foster industry contacts via networking, trade shows, functions and equipment suppliers
- Ensure growth via new business is profitable by working to strict pricing guidelines
- Conduct technical surveys to ensure a targeted Ecolab program
- Increase Ecolab Institutional market share. Target markets will include, but are not limited to - Health , Hospitality (Hotel/Motels), Government facilities , FSR (chain business), Restaurants
- Prepare and present presentations to convey the Ecolab value proposition and secure new business
- Work in collaboration with Territory Managers, District Sales Managers, Corporate Account Managers and Regional/State Managers to achieve the desired sales outcome.
- Achieve new business sales targets established as part of the budgeting process.
- Manage the relationship transition to the Regional/State sales team or Corporate Accounts
- Work with the field team and act as the one voice of Ecolab during prospecting, proposals and presentations
- Participate in trainings involving a combination of classroom and on the job assessments
- Previous sales development experience within the Institutional market sectors
- Be accustomed to growing the business by negotiating and winning new business at the executive level
- Will be allocated in Jakarta or Bali
- Bachelor’s Degree in any majors
- A solid understanding of Ecolab products, services and systems with a focus on their application in the Institutional markets.
- Min 6 years of sales experience in Hospitality Industry
- Be results-orientated and possess a strong track record in a business to business selling role
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Possess exceptional negotiation skills and a passion to deliver and exceed client expectations
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
