👑 Job Role

• Ensure sales practices comply with standard operating procedures (SOP), Service Level Agreement (SLA), and any applicable regulations
• Have a daily sales plan in two way
• Ensuring achievement individual target of the products NTB, Funding (CASA & FD), Deposit Mix, Insurance (APE) & Wealth Revenue
• Participate in Start of The Day (SOD) & End of The Day debriefing (EOD) daily carried out by BM / Funding Team Head
• Ensure the Customer Due Diligence (CDD) process to the customer comply with the APU-PPT Policy

⛩️ Requirements

• Strong Communication, Interpersonal and selling skills
• Have Passion and interest to selling various Bank's products
• At least Bachelor Degree from reputable university
• Good networking skills in formal and non-formal organizations with various level of correspondence
• Have work experience in sales for Banking Industry
• Have highly initiative, strong analytical thinking, good persuasiveness and resilient (target driven)
