Qhse Manager (Scn Logistics Group)

Develop the Company's Quality, Work Safety and Environment standards to control risks and eliminate incidents in the workplace and improve the Company's performance. Placement : SCN Logistics Group (Subsidiary of PT Citra Tubindo Tbk)

Responsibilities

• Communicate and establish relationships with relevant Government Authorities, Audit and Certification Institutions, other relevant Departments in the SCN Group, Education and Training Institutes, HSE Clients, and other technical QA and HSE functions.
• Develop and monitor Quality, Occupational Safety and Health and Environment management systems, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, to achieve the goals and objectives
• Develop, maintain and improve the Company's Management System in investigating and recording non-conformity, root cause analysis, preventive and corrective actions, and continuous improvement.

Activities

• Support Management, Department Managers and Supervisors, in defining and implementing Quality and HSE issues, or having a strong impact
• Comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) rules and regulation, Company Quality policies and procedures and Code of Ethics including non-disclosure agreement
• Develop and maintain an effective and comprehensive employee health monitoring program, in collaboration with relevant departments, hospitals, doctors and certified medical personnel.
• Develop and maintain effective monitoring of Quality and HSE performance, including working with external auditors and undertaking in house audits, inspections and emergency drills to ensure legal compliance, best practice and continual improvement
• Develop, maintain and recommend improvements and changes on the Quality and HSE Management Systems, Procedures and Program, if the need arises, in compliance with existing Government law and regulations
• Develop and maintain QHSE training program on policies, rules and regulations, and other specific requirements, in conjunction with key stakeholders and relevant Department, by delivering in-house training sessions, and/or by sourcing external training providers
• Serves and function as Company Representative for both internal and external parties, within the scope of Quality and HSE
• Define, monitor and maintain Company's and Department Objectives of the Quality and HSE Department, and make an evaluation reports to Management in monthly basis.
• Develop and maintain communication and promotion programs regarding Quality and HSE policies, rules and regulations in the company, through the integration of standard procedures into applicable work activity standards, and interaction with Vallourec business
• Develop and maintain Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment System, and ensure all employees and executives are aware of the potential hazards in the work place to maintain positive culture throughout the Company

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Engineering or higher
2. 5 years' experience in Quality and HSE working environment
3. Experienced in similar role will also be an added advantage.
4. Experience and professional certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, ISPS Code, and relevant Management System will be an added advantage
5. Holding AK3 Umum Certificate. Higher HSE Certificate/ Specialist will be an added advantage
6. Holding Lead Auditor fo ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3 Certificate. Higher HSE Certificate/ Specialist will be an added advantage
7. Good written and oral communication in English
8. Willing to relocate to Batam
