Job Description

:

  • Supervision of network improvement implementation.
  • Supervision of troubleshooting for repeated tickets.
  • Periodic analysis of all troubleshoot results and provide reports to HFC Operation SPV.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting of all NF tickets and problem areas (SNR and FEC) resolved correctly and in accordance with SLA.
  • Conduct regular coaching & counseling.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting of all ticket power supplies completed correctly and in accordance with SLA.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting of all corporate tv tickets completed correctly and in accordance with SLA.


Job Requirement:

  • Experience in handling team.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineer or telecommunication.
  • Experience in handling HFC networks starting from NODE, Amplifier, Tap Splitter, DC and devices in MDU as well as equipment at Customer, various TVs etc.
  • Willing to work in Surabaya, Jawa Timur
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): analytical thinking, Communication Skill.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
