Method Engineering:

• 20% additional Capacity for all production lines from peak Production quantity forecast every year
• Build and maintain Lean cells and racks using LADM – new, modification after MTM and transfers.
• Have knowledge for Automation Machine.
• Ergonomic assestment and implementation.
• Implement & support Lean & Six Sigma projects
• Generate and maintain reports as directed by Management/Department.
• Carry out any other duties as and when required by Management / Department.
• Support change over improvement thru SMED
• Implement and maintain Poke Yoke & Jidoka principles in the manufacturing area.
• Manage & support Kaizen activities (methodology & maintain appropriate databases).
• Implement and support 5S within the work place.
• Enhance current processes and/or develop new processes
• Manage VSM & EVSM.
• IE/LDS (Target setting & Improvement).
• Establish and modify operating standards.
• Manage jigs/fixtures (Troubleshoot, improve existing, new & transfers & maintain database).

Qualifications

Education:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Engineering field (priority industrial engineering)

Job Related Experience:

• Previous experience in Manufacturing lean or engineering role.

Business Understanding:

• Computer literate, Good Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
• Familiar with the SAP system.
• Technical skills in Lean Manufacturing, SPS, Kaizen, VSM.
• Fluent in oral and written English.

Drawing Skill - Auto CAD, Computer literate (Office), English
