The ideal candidate will be responsible for appropriately evaluating the cost of a project, and evaluating the cost to take on that project.

Job Decription :

• Calculating the volume of materials and making a cost analysis
• Create a time schedule
• Process purchase requests by requesting offers from suppliers, making price comparisons and preparing PO
• Control the progress of work and implementation
• Collecting data on suppliers in terms of price, readiness and accuracy of delivery as well as the quality of the goods they offer
• Mastering materials

Requirement :

• Good at negotiating & have good communication skills
• Mastering Ms. Office, PDF, Autocad & Internet
• Have a certificate of expertise in the mid-level estimator field (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in construction, iron structure, aluminum, glass, stainless steel and MEP equipment is preferred
• Can read pictures
