Carry out aspect-impact identification, operational controls and management programs

1.Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:

Should be able to identify PPE requirements and implement PPE program

Minimum years of experience in role:

Experience in pumps, mechanical seals or other rotating equipment

6. To Manage safe condition of member in each area / department with the company standards.

Attention to detail and time management

Minimum 2 years of experience as QHSSE, HSE, Safety Officer/Supervisor level

Experience in conducting in-house training

Knowledge in HSE Auditing, incident investigation and reporting

Knowledge in related local regulations and Law’s.

Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures for the organization & Project.

➢ Minimum 5 years’ experience as QHSE Executive/site

➢ AK3Umum (Ministry of Manpower Certification)

➢ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

➢ Strong communication and presentation skills

1. Manage and establish ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and 45001

3. Manage yard implementation base on HSE Program.

Having experience in developing or implementing Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.

Work closely with Clients and Project Manager to ensure the successful implementation of the project.

Periodically provide report to Project Manager and Clients.

Preferable 2-3 year working experience in Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment field.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skill.

Graduate from reputable university with minimum GPA 3, preferable major related to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality.

Currently pursuing final year of Bachelor in Health Safety & Environment (K3 & Lingkungan), fresh graduated are encouraged to apply

Familiar with ISO 45001, Government Regulations & International standard

Willing to WFO from Monday to Friday in West Jakarta and available for three months

Support Management, Department Managers and Supervisors, in defining and implementing Quality and HSE issues, or having a strong impact

5 years' experience in Quality and HSE working environment

Experienced in similar role will also be an added advantage.

Serves and function as Company Representative for both internal and external parties, within the scope of Quality and HSE

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or higher

Holding AK3 Umum Certificate. Higher HSE Certificate/ Specialist will be an added advantage
