Job Description
  • Overall, the QHSSE Advisor plays a critical role in ensuring that a company operates in a safe and responsible manner, protects its employees and the environment, and meets its regulatory obligations.
  • Conducting investigations and root cause analysis of incidents, accidents, and near misses, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Responsible for every implementation of project activities (in charge on site)
  • Develop and maintain a QHSSE Management System based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (OHSAS 18001), and ISPS standards when relevant.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental practices and procedures.
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures for the organization & Project.
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for the organization to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  • Take the necessary steps to obtain and maintain all licenses required for the operation & all project PT Trimedia Imaji Rekso Abadi
  • Conducting risk assessments and creating strategies to reduce risks to the organization, employees and the environment Project
  • Managing relationships with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the organization complies with local and international regulations and standards.
  • Coordinating and leading training programs for employees to ensure that they are aware of health, safety, and environmental regulations and procedures.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or above in the discipline of Occupational Health Safety and Environment
  • Holding a valid AK3U certificate
  • Minimum Level of Qualification:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as QHSSE, HSE, Safety Officer/Supervisor level


Professional Skills


  • Knowledge in HSE Auditing, incident investigation and reporting
  • Very good communication skills
  • Knowledge in related local regulations and Law’s.
  • Good analytical presentation skills
  • Experience in conducting in-house training
