Productivity & Collaboration Product Manager

:

• Finding, collecting, addressing, and prioritizing customer needs and wants.
• Work with cross-functional teams (business and technology) to define future product directions.
• Ensure that engineering, marketing, sales and customer service work together as a team to deliver services
• Collaborate closely with the Architecture and Support teams on product development, QA, and rollout and balance resources to ensure success for the entire TMT organization.
• Run trials to ensure products meet customer expectations.
• Act as an innovator to present new products or features and make improvements to previously produced products.
• Advocate for customers and build relationships with customers to understand customer needs.
• Work closely with the EUS Product management Manager to develop product plans and roadmaps.
• Establish Productivity & Collaboration product visions that are aligned with the company's vision
• Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved.
• Provide complete reports and documentation, including business reports, market requirements documents, product roadmaps, etc.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology
• Highly effective cross-functional team management.
• Compulsory Training : ITIL V.4 and Related Productivity & Collaboration Services
• Skills : Presentation and Communication Skills
• Minimum 3+ years of strong experience working in a dynamic product management role
• Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development life cycle.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Office365, Power Automate/Power Apps, Teams Phones)
