Demonstrated experience with local and USAID policies and regulations, including subcontractors/grants, vendor/partner management, registration, financial procedures, start-up, and close-out procedures.

Experience providing training and capacity building to the finance/administration staff of the project and/or sub-contractors/grantees’ team.

Serve as a human resource manager for the project team.

Progressive leadership experience on USAID or other donor-funded activities in Indonesia, including as a liaison with external partners and clients.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, management or related field of study or commensurate experience.

Experience with financial management skills including developing and monitoring budgets and reviewing financial reporting of subcontracts or grants;

Minimum of five years of progressive experience in procurements (subcontract or grants management, logistics, consultants, inventory, etc.);

Progressive experience with subcontractor and vendor management;

Lead and manage cradle to grave contract and vendor management process and respective procurement processes with accurate documentation.

Support asset management with accurate inventory and safeguarding controls.

Minimum 3+ years of strong experience working in a dynamic product management role

Work closely with the EUS Product management Manager to develop product plans and roadmaps.

Highly effective cross-functional team management.

Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved.

Provide complete reports and documentation, including business reports, market requirements documents, product roadmaps, etc.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Products (Office365, Power Automate/Power Apps, Teams Phones)
