About Our Client
The client is a leading polyurethane soles manufacturer

  • Foster a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with all regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage resources, budget, and scheduling to meet production targets.
  • Lead and supervise all aspects of Polyurethane production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance productivity.
  • Drive operational efficiency, ensuring on-time delivery and exceptional product quality.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven track record as a Production Manager in the Polyurethane / soles industry.
  • Deep understanding of Polyurethane manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
