Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30

Saturday 08.30 - 14.30

1. Supporting end to end production order process
2. Fully involve in the commissioning process of the plant and ensure standards have been met
3. Ensure proper documentation of the production process and SOPs in line with the corporate guidelines
4. Drive improvement and efficiencies throughout the process
5. Manage production costs and technical efficiency of the plant
6. Support implementation of innovation and project initiatives within the plant
7. Responsible for development, coaching and appraisal for people under his department

Qualifications

1. Minimum 4 years of experience in the industrial or assembly product manufacturing managerial role
2. Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent from reputable university
3. Good data interpretation, analytical skill, sharp, and energetic
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
5. Eager to learn new things
6. Proactive and have good initiative
7. Good managerial skill
8. Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo
