About Our Client

• Organize routine plant equipment inspections and maintenance to avert machinery downtimes.
• Initiate measures to curtail costs related to plant and labor expenditures.
• Supervise a team of employees to accomplish daily production objectives.
• Offer training and guidance to employees, ensuring achievement of performance criteria.
• Sustain accurate documentation for all activities linked to the plant.
• Aid the Plant Manager in arranging and overseeing day-to-day plant operations.
• Formulate comprehensive plant protocols and procedures to ensure efficient operations.

The Successful Applicant

• Demonstrates a robust background in both Operation Management and Project Management.
• Familiarity with calculation software, such as Hysis and ChemCad.
• Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Possesses a minimum of 10 years of experience in chemical plant or chemical manufacturing, or equivalent related expertise.
• Exhibits substantial technical knowledge in Process Safety and Environment.
• Ideally experienced in membrane cell technology.
• Preferred experience in foreign plant operations.
• Previous involvement in operating steam boilers, water treatment, and wastewater treatment.
• Displays proficiency in systematic problem-solving techniques.
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written communication, capable of producing reports in English, and experienced in collaborating with expatriates.
• Shows capabilities in team-building, leadership, conflict resolution, and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
• Skilled in working with a 3-shift system and managing a team of subordinates.
