Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Marketing Gallery, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Distribute mail


Qualifications


1. Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK.

2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun

3. Lancar menggunakan Ms. Excel & Ms. Word

4. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik

5. Jujur, pekerja keras dan mau belajar

6. Berpenampilan menarik

7. Bisa bergabung dengan segera untuk penempatan Depok, Jawa Barat
