Job Requirements

• Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company's quality standards.
• Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Technology proficiency: e-commerce, social media, email blast, Whatsapp blast, etc
• Strong work ethic
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including product performance, sales, and profitability, and adjust product development strategies accordingly.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
• Assit Director in the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and objectives and make a detail report.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including suppliers and co-manufacturers, to develop and launch new products.
• Support the Food category manager in managing the category budget, including product development, marketing, and promotions expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including food safety and labeling requirements.
• Knowledge of retail and distribution channels
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to develop and launch new products that meet customer needs.
• Ensure the stock is accurate and stocking flow is kept updated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.

The Candidates must have minimum 3 years experiences in this job role and must ability to speak and write in English. We welcome Fresh Graduates if you have the requirements.
