EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Cortese Notoboyo Foundation (CoYo) is a non-profit collective of sustainability consultants and venture builders specializing in the Circular and Regenerative Economy sector. We are developing multiple for-profit ventures under the CoYo umbrella, all of which are always guided by BCorp, UNSDGs, and other relevant global standard practices. We are looking for exceptional talents to join our growing team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We seek a motivated and organized Executive Assistant to support our Founder and CEO, Paola Cortese Notoboyo, in managing the fast-paced and demanding responsibilities of leading a new venture in the circular and regenerative economy sectors.

The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in developing Paola's and her clients' ventures, both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Building on our Mission and Vision, you will develop and execute various aspects of venture building together with Paola with an evidence-based mindset via the lean startup methodology. Be ready to roll up your sleeves to meet and engage with multiple project stakeholders, from policymakers, business leaders, and community builders to executors in relevant sectors.

The role is dynamic, highly varied, and will provide much space for creativity and innovation. It is also an opportunity to be one of the founding team members of our new ventures that have big ambitions for the future of the Circular and Regenerative Economy in Indonesia, access to top-level discussions, mentorship from Paola and partners,and a chance to experience up-close how multiple ventures are being built simultaneously from scratch.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Executive Assistant's role and responsibilities are, but not limited to:


Project Coordination:

  • Deliver required project inputs according to time, quality, and budget requirements for variousproject work streams.
  • Able to travel to different areas as needed according to the project.
  • Coordinate with other team members and partners to execute projects. 


Research and Analysis:

  • Provide innovativeinput and high-quality insightful data analysis to projects to support solution development to the challenges faced by our clients.
  • Gather data about a venture's industry, competitors, or specific topics related to their business goals.


Communication

  • Coordinate content creation with various artists through the collation of required information and provide support to other team members and partners.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
  • Craft well-written and clear communication in documents, spreadsheets, and presentations that reflect the organization's values and mission.


Stakeholder Relationship Management

  • Represent the Founder and organization professionally and positively.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, partners, investors, and clients.


Operations

  • Maintain harmony and a supportive environment in teams.
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.
  • Uphold the organization's Code of Conduct and values.


ABOUT YOU

If you are an innovator, have previously built a business, or considering becoming an entrepreneur, then this role is for you!

We are keen to hear from applicants with diverse professional and educational backgrounds, with a preference towards young and experienced entrepreneurs. A professionalexperience level of 2-3 years in a startup is prioritized; exceptional fresh graduates are welcome, preferably from the fields of management and business administration, environmental studies, and global development education backgrounds.

COMPENSATION

Competitive with the market rate with some variations according to experience level.
