Job Description

In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of an office or organization and providing support to General Manager.



What you'll do:


Personal Assistance:


  • Manage the schedule and calendar of senior management or executives.
  • Manage email and phone communications on behalf of senior management or executives.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, meetings, appointments, and events.


Office Manager:


  • Maintain and manage office budget, expenses, and accounting.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
  • Manage office operations, including coordinating and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital.



Who you are:


  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or as Personal Assistant.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  • Familiarity with office management systems and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Flexibility with work hours and availability to work overtime or on weekends if necessary.
