Job Description

Hawaii Resort Family Suites, a 4 star resort in Labuan, Anyer Carita is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Front Office Manager to be placed on site.


Responsibilities

Responsible to manage a team of front desk agents

Responsible in daily operations of the front office team

Responsible in his department to the General Manager


Qualifications

Good Communication Skills, leadership skills

Minimum 1 - 2 Year of experience in the same area

Hospitality background is preferred

Understand hotel management system and applications such as siteminder, HIS.
