As a People and Culture Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function (People Management) and partnering with leaders to ensure a high-performing and engaged workforce. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR-related matters that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

More specifically you will:

• Responsible for alumni data management, assist to provide and ensure alumni qualifications are fit with Hiring Partner
• Stay informed about current recruitment trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
• Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Manage and oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and disciplinary actions
• Develop and oversee full employee life cycle from recruitment, onboarding and termination process
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, job boards, and professional networks, to source and attract high-quality candidates.
• Track and report overall People management performance
• Assist in the performance management process

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HR software and tools, also data processing tools
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both bahasa and english
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or related area. Preferably from Binus/Atmajaya/Top 15 Universities
• 2+ years' of experience working full cycle of Human Resources/Human Capital/People Management
• Willing to work hybrid in BSD, Tangerang area
